I think I used files from 4 different sources for this one! The tear bear is, of course, made with the pattern from The Beary Scrap. The presents are from the birthday set from Beary Sweet Designs. The turtle is from Little Scraps of Heaven. The giraffe is from Scrapping Bug Designs. Throw in the pics, some letters, journaling and lots of chalk and voila!
