BSC #24 entry

I never seem to be working in the current season.  Luckily, this Christmas page lent itself well the the "Wings" challenge.I wanted to use the Christmas card in the layout, but it didn't seem to go with any of the other colors.  So, I used a creamy/light tan background paper and added a lot of blue chalk around the edges, plus a blue tag.  It came together much better than I expected.  The background paper and red paper is from Bo Bunny with a few embellishment stickers from Echo Park.  Of course, the Baby Tear Bear angel was made using The Beary Scrap's Baby Tear Bear pattern.  I had made wings for another angel bear, so I just copied and reduced the wing size.  To make it really heavenly, I spritzed the wings with Glimmer Mist and outlined them with silver Stickles.  I chalked the cream colored oval that I used to mount him on in blue to make it stand out better.  So, here is my entry for The Beary Scrap's Beary Sweet "Wings" Challenge

  1. This looks great, Pat! No worries about not being in the current season - some of us aren't even in the current decade when it comes to scrapbooking! Thanks so much for joining our Wings challenge at The Beary Scrap DT & Challenge blog - good luck!

    Cheers,
